Links to Jomon archaeology in the prefectures of Kanto (East-central Honshu). The prefectural capital cities in this regions are Chiba, Kawasaki, Maebashi, Mito, Tokyo, Urawa, Utsunomiya, and Yokohama.
Climate: too hot in summer, especially with the heat island effect in Tokyo. More cool parks (and archaeological destinations) are needed for health and civil emergencies!
